Future workforce development

How might we attract and retain the next generation workforce?

There are predicted workforce shortages for many of our critical industries and roles from 2030 and beyond. Workup co-designs workforce development strategies with you that mitigate this risk. We want to help Kiwi’s thrive by improving career opportunities and pathways for the next generation and developing a future ready-when-needed workforce for local industry. Our process allows you to:

  • Meet the next generation in their world and understand industry careers perception.

  • Learn how to connect with your true audience in the moments that matter.

  • Capture insight from the organisations and community groups that matter for you.

  • Discover and articulate a collective shared industry vision and value proposition.

  • Build clarity and pathways that encourage people into your industry.

Award winning experience in co-designing compelling industry visions, stories and strategies.

These projects were all produced using a human-centred design approach working with diversity of organisations and industry groups. Together a collective industry vision was developed to meet the next generation workforce in their world.
